Sharon Allman, Certified Mastectomy Fitter,
has worked at FBM at our Salisbury location Peninsula Regional Medical Center since 2009. Sharon met Michele (Founder of FBM) in 1980 at UMBC on their first day of college and they graduated together from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy 5 years later. They’ve been through many life milestones together. Sharon works full time as a Pharmacist in West Ocean City and lives in Snow Hill with her husband Bill. When not working, they can usually be found hanging out with their daughter’s family.
“Michele was a blessing to me and my mother during Mom’s breast cancer journey, so I became a Certified Mastectomy Fitter to help “give back.” The friendships I have formed and sustained through Fittings by Michele, the education I continue to acquire, and my “new hair” from FBM (see pictures!), make me thankful for all the opportunities that come my way!
I enjoy reading, walking, and spending time with my family and friends. Bill and have been married 36 years. Our daughter, Rachel (a 5th grade reading teacher) and son-in-law, Mark ( a supervisor of Field Engineering at an electric cooperative), are parents of 3 year old, Leighlyn Taylor Deao and are expecting a baby boy in December. Being “Nona” to Leighlyn is my most favorite role of all!”
